How to make Paan Ice Cream
Step 1
Place a pan over medium flame and add milk to it. Let it come to a boil. Once done, turn off the flame and add sugar and khoya and mix it well. Keep it aside to cool down.
Step 2
Take a blender jar and add fennel seeds, gulkand, paan leaves, cardamom powder, and meetha paan in it. Blend it to form a paste. Add this to the milk mixture.
Step 3
Transfer the contents to a steel mould and cover it. Freeze it overnight or until it sets.
Step 4
Serve it in a bowl and enjoy!
