BRUSSELS SPROUTS BRAISED IN CREAM.

 Composition:
Brussels sprouts – 300 gr.
Cream of 20% - 100 ml.
Garlic -2 cloves
Black pepper, salt – to taste.

Method of preparation:
1. Throw the Brussels sprouts into the boiling water and cook for 6-8 minutes on a slow fire, then drain the water.

2. Garlic fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

3. To garlic add the Brussels sprouts, cook for about 5 minutes on high heat

4. Cabbage, salt, pepper, pour in the cream, turn down the heat, cover, simmer 10 minutes.

5. The dish is ready!
