CELLOPHANE WITH MUSHROOMS.

Composition
Cellophane – 100 gr. Oyster mushrooms – 100 gr. Carrots – 1 PC. Garlic -2 cloves Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp Tomato – 1 PC. Salt, pepper – to taste. Soy sauce -2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Put funchoza in cool water for 30-40 minutes.

2. Carrots cut into strips.

3. Oyster mushrooms boil 30 minutes.

4. Boiled oyster mushrooms finely chop and fry in vegetable oil with carrots for 5 minutes.

5. Chop the garlic, add the mushrooms and carrots.

6. Tomato finely cut into half rings.

7. Add the mushrooms and vegetables tomato and sesame seeds. Fry more 5 minutes.

8. Season with salt and pepper, add funchoza and soy sauce, simmer 5 minutes.

9. The dish is ready.
