Chicken - low carb meal

Keto diet

Some say it's not healthy others say it is. I go for the healthy.
We, my youngest and I, are happy with one meal a day. We eat between 3 and 6 p.m. only. We do drink water.

Chicken (125 grams), 3 cherry tomatoes and some garlic sauce. We had some white grapes about 160 grams each.

I've been more on a low fat, high carb side, I find it feels best for me. Fasting throughout the day is a great way give the body plenty of time to rest and metabolize.
