Cheese bun with Margot

Raw materials

Dough:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar semolina
1 vanilla sugar
3/4 cup lukewarm milk
3/4 cup oil
2 cups flour flour
1 baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa mug = 250 ml filling

Filling:
2 whole curds in a bowl (can be replaced with half-fat)
1 cup Sugar semolina
1 vanilla sugar
1 vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 bar Margot

Recipe preparation process:

Dough 2 eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add milk, oil and mix. In the next bowl, mix the baking powder with baking powder and cocoa so that no lumps remain and mix into the wet mixture.

Cut the deep baking tray with butter and squeeze the coconut (the cake is tastier) and pour the dough on the plate.

Fill the bowl with curds, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and pudding powder. We thoroughly scatter to avoid lump again and pour over the dough. It is best to pour the curd charger systematically so that balls are formed after baking (see picture).

Finally, sprinkle with a grated Margot stick and bake for about 25 minutes at 170 ° C (shake should not shake the curd mix).

Note:

We can also use coconut pudding instead of vanilla pudding.

Whoever wants to have more Margotka in the bunch can use two, but one is rich enough.

I recommend that you put Margot in the refrigerator in order to make it work better.
