# COCONUT PAN BALLS ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜

Hello, Hi, Bonjour, steemers How are you all ? I am here once again to share an amazing Recipe of Indian dessert. If you are a sweet lover than you should must try this recipe you will fall in love with the dish and fusion of flavours which I did .

Earlier I posted recipes of main course dishes. One of my steemit friend asked me to make and post recipe of Indian dessert ( Pan Coconut Laddoo)

My main purpose and focus behind making this dish is too aware people around the globe about beautiful flavours of Indian dishes, as being an Indian cuisine chef.
So here we start:-

INGREDIENTS:-

Betel Leave (4)

Dry fruits

Milkmaid (100gm)

Rose Petals Jam (50gm)

Dessicated coconut (200gm)

RECIPE

First grind all the dry fruits

Remove the stem from betel leaves and cut the leaves into this slices.

Mix all the grounded dry fruits with rose petal jam and mix it well.

Add 100gm of Milkmaid in a nonstick pan .
Add thin slices of betel leaves.
Cook it for 2-3 minutes on a low flame.

Add 150-170gm of dessicated coconut in the pan.

Mix the dessicated coconut till it gets a thick consistency and make a dough.

Apply some clarified butter on both the hands and make small balls of the mixture and stuff the balls with Rose Petal jam and dry fruits mixture.

Make balls with the stuffed batter and coat the balls with dessicated coconut.

Keep the balls in the freezer for about half an hour to set the balls.
Your "COCONUT PAN BALLS" are ready.
