Full fleadge meal in a single platter (CHEESE STEAK) 😍

ABOUT DISH
Hi steamers , How are you all? Today I am going to share an amazing Recipe of CHEESE STEAK. This dish can be consumed as main course meal. This dish is very easy and quick to make.
I was bored of eating stakes which were just coated with egg and spices .
So i tried making cheese steak in my own way by adding more colours, flavour and texture .

I served this dish with some macaroni salad and sauteed vegetables and mushroom sauce on the top.

So here is the recipe:-

INGREDIENTS

Cottage cheese
Bell peppers
Onions
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Origano
Chili flakes
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Peprica powder
Breadcrumbs (For Binding)
Garlic
Fresh cream
Mushroom
Beans
Broclie
Cauliflower
Butter

RECIPE:-

  1. MUSHROOM SAUCE
    First wash the mushroom and make thin slices of it.
    Add butter in a pan and add chopped garlic .
    Cook garlic till it take golden brown colour
    Add sliced mushrooms to the pan
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook for 5-7 minutes.
    Then add fresh cream to the pan cook for 5 minutes on a low flame.
    Puree the mixture in a blender
    Your mushroom sauce is ready.
    Keep the sauce a side.

  2. CHEESE STEAK
    Take cottage cheese
    Mash the cottage cheese
    Add Olive oil in the pan
    Add chopped garlic
    Add chopped onions
    Add salt, pepper to taste
    Add chopped Bell peppers
    Add peprica powder, origano, coriander powder, cumin powder
    Add mashed cottage cheese in the mixture and mix it well.
    Keep the mixture a side to cool. Add breadcrumbs to give the mixture a good binding. image

Make Steaks of the mixture once the mixture is cooled

Take pan griller
Add Olive oil to it
On a low flame cook the Steaks till it gets good golden brown grill marks on both the sides.
Your CHEESE STEAKS are ready.

  1. MACARONI SALAD
    Boil the macaroni
    Add mayonnaise to boiled macaroni
    Add salt , pepper to taste

  2. SAUTEED VEGETABLES
    Add butter to a pan
    Add all the vegetables ( Bell peppers, beans, broclie, cauliflower) to the pan
    Add salt and pepper to taste
    Cook for 2-3 minutes

It is quite typical to find in Spain, fried/cooked cheese accompanied by marmalade, tomato jam or others like cranberry sauce. Now this is only an option if you like the contrast between sweet and savoury.
