What did I eat? How fun is this, I eat many different recipes and I am passionate about the culinary world. Giving in the right flavor and creating different dishes is what encourages and entertains me the most, releasing all the stress. In this video I share with you an easy, practical and delicious mixed salad that I decided to prepare. All the dishes are my favorites. If you like them I invite you to share them with your family. I love the experience of delicious flavors. An exquisite salad is the best.

Ingredients of the mixed salad: Tomato, onion, pepper, carrot, egg, garlic, beet, salt and oil.

Preparation of the mixed salad recipe: Wash the vegetables with plenty of water and cook them with plenty of water and a little salt until they are tender. Once cooked remove, drain delicately so as not to damage them and place them in a dish. Peel and cut into small cubes each of the vegetables and dressings mixing them in a shallow salad bowl. Line with oil and salt. Test for seasoning and add salt if necessary, stirring carefully so as not to disrupt the cubes. Refrigerate for a few moments before serving. Stir before serving.

Curiosities: This salad can be served with meats and can be dressed with the sauce of your choice.

Que comi? Que divertido es esto, yo como muchos recetas diferentes y me apasiona el mundo culinario. Dar en el justo sabor y crear platos diferentes es lo que más me anima y entretiene liberando todo el estrés. En este video les comparto una fácil, práctica y deliciosa ensalada mixta que decidí preparar. Todos los platillos son mi favoritos. Si les gusta los invito a compartir con su familia. Me fascina la experiencia de sabores deliciosos. Una ensalada exquisita es lo mejor.

Como hacer la receta de ensalada mixta? Vamos por ella.

Ingredientes de la ensalada mixta: Tomate, cebolla, pimiento, zanahoria, huevo ajo, remolacha, sal y aceite.

Preparación de la receta de ensalada mixta: Lavamos con abundante agua las verduras y cocinarlas con abundante agua y un poco de sal hasta que estén tiernas. Una vez cocida retire, escurra delicadamente de forma de no dañarlas y coloquelas en una fuente. Pele y corte en cubos pequeños cada una de las verduras y aliños mezclandolos en una ensaladera poco profunda. Aline con el aceite y sal. Haga una prueba de sazón e incorpore sal si lo considera necesario revolviendo con cuidado de no desbaratar los cubitos. Refrigere por unos instantes antes de servir. Mezcle antes de servir.

Curiosidades: Esta ensalada sirve para acompañar con carnes y puede aderezar con la salsa de su preferencia.
