Beet roll with soft cheese

You will need:
2 beets
1 sachet agar-agar
250 g spicy soft cream cheese
Preparation:
Beat beet juice and beet pulp in a blender. Filter and add 1 sachet agar-agar. Stir well and bring to a boil.
