Hot air balloon foodart 6 July

🌱One of life’s great secrets is surely to celebrate the small - the sight of a flower growing between the cracks in a pavement, the look on a young child’s face when they’re given a birthday present they’ve waited for long weeks to open. Or something as simple as immersing ourselves in our favourite piece of music.🌱

Do you have a certain small habits or routine to cheer yourself up? It could be having a long shower, eating your favourite chocolate or dessert, listening to your favourite singer etc. Take some time to consolidate these little happy activities on a “cheer-up list” and most importantly, remember to quickly engage in them and cheer yourself up when you are feeling down. 😊

Today is bread day because my loaf of bread is expiring soon! 😅 So I decided to pair it with a heart-shape fried egg and recreate them into a foodart of Hot air balloons flying over some mountains. The mountains are sliced bread spread with peanut butter, kaya and green tea milk spread. I quite like this foodart because I think it’s light-hearted and gives a very carefree and relaxing vibe.
