🎡Life- the most wonderful fairground attraction of all - enjoy the ride. 🎡
Most people will reference life journey to a roller coaster ride or train ride. But personally, I’m not into such exhilarating rides and I’ll vomit, and I think a train ride is too smooth. So, I prefer to view life journey as a Ferris Wheel ride. It’s steady and peaceful and provides a bit of excitement. As it moves, you see what’s on the ground and yet, gets the opportunity to experience some high moments and be rewarded with beautiful scenery. You work hard to reach the highest point but you won’t stay as the champion forever. You will slowly move away from the top spot and to a lower point. The first time we experienced it, it’s such a horrible feeling. But soon, you will realised that this is all part and parcel of life. We have high and low points all the time just like our heartbeats. (If it’s straight all the way, that’s means you are dead.) So, what’s important is we embrace our life journey as we move along- embrace the low moments and celebrate the high moments. Most importantly, is not to be complacent and to be kind and helpful to others along the way. After all, we are all just trying to lead the best of our lives. Your biggest competitor is always yourself, not others. 😌
Today, I saw a breakfast tart video by Tee Yih Jia and tried it immediately. It’s easy and supposed to resemble a French Galette. However, mine is too shallow for the egg, which has also burst and overflowed onto the baking tray. 🤣 Anyway, it tastes great and I love it!
So, my not-so-perfect galette also turned into a gigantic kite flying flown by a girl. 😁Kite flying always gives such a relaxing and carefree vibe and I wish everyone a relaxing Saturday!
