How to make elubo from cassava

Hello,
How will be explaining hoe to make elubo(cassava flour).
After gotten your cassava you peel it it and soak it inside water and leave it for 5-7days. When it is soft remove it and spread it inside a tray and put it where there is sun and leave it to dry.
After it has drY take it to where it can be grinded then use sieve to remove the shaft inside to make amala
