food and yammy

Starters: Feta Cheese spring roll, chicken samosa, spinach fatayer, lentil soup, an assortment of bread & butter. All the starters were good and served warm with coconut mint sauce and chilli sauce.

Salads: Fattoush salad, hummus, freekeh salad, cucumber julienne, red cabbage julienne, assorted salad greens, mixed olives Totally loved the salad section as it was not only fresh and flavourful but also the hummus was very much authentic.

Grills: Grilled prawn kebab/chicken shish tawook w/ pita bread. The prawn sizes were very small but both the grills were very delicious and grilled to perfection. Enjoyed it with bread.

Mains: Bukhari rice, sayadieh rice, spicy pasta with tomato, al faham chicken, grilled fish with lemon butter sauce, mutton tagine with apricots, vegetable saloona, potato moussaka with eggplant. We loved most of the Arabian food items for their authenticity, their chef is from Saudi Arabia and has the expertise of over 8 years and we can guarantee he makes authentic food! We LOVED the food because it's very hard to find authentic middle eastern food in buffet items.

Desserts: Om Ali / sweet stuffed dates/ mahalabia / fresh cut fruits such as papaya, orange, pineapple etc. We loved the om Ali and the mahalabia!

Overall I would say it was a good buffet, with not too much chaos of options. We felt, there could be more meat options and more starters. They have indoor and outdoor seating - both arrangements.
