I have to say it is hard to stop eating these shortbread cookies! While they take extra time to make and the ingredients for gluten free flours cost more, it is worth it.
I wanted to share a few photos of these tasty dessert treats with my Steem friends. I hope you ladies and guys like these.
We make these cookies as gifts by hand and deliver them in Canada. They have only a few simple ingredients. We mix Earth Balance margarine, sugar, gluten free flour, dairy-free chocolate chips, vanilla, pecans and salt together.
