Good evening Philippines,hello to all. Just share this fish locally caught in shallow waters. They are called Danggit or commonly known as the Siganid.
I love this kind of fish to be fried, this is one of my favorite. This kind is somewhat cheaper because of its availability at all seasons.
Danggiiiit. They are so delicious. Palompon, Leyte offers one of the most delicious deboned dried danggit in the Philippines. I have tasted it and I can attest to its good taste. Nice pic, btw.
