La arepa es el plato de Venezuela, se realiza con harina de maíz y se puede hacer frita, asada o la brasa, tiene gran contenido alimenticio es una joya a nivel mundial.
La fotografía es una variación de la arepa tradicional, esta se realiza mezclando la harina de maíz con papelón o azúcar y se le agrega anís estrellado, el papelón quema la masa al freírla e infla la arepa dándole un apariencia única.
Las arepas dulces no se comen frecuentemente, pero sin duda probarlas cada cierto tiempo es algo genial.
