During vacation from school, we need to have a bonding with our siblings because time is very important to them not only the material that we can give to them.
The above photo is my friend in Norway during the vacation of her daughter, they decided to go somewhere to pick some blueberries together with their friends in their place.

Blueberries are sweet, nutritious and popular superfood because they are low in calories. We can also used this fruit for medicinal purposes with the leaves and roots. They are native from North America and as a matter of fact; they are the no.1 producer. This fruits is being called as " king of anti oxidant food".
The benefits that we can get from blueberries:

- Great source of anti -oxidant
- Reduce DNA damage
- Protect us from bad cholesterol
- Help to lower blood pressure
- Prevent heart disease
- Help maintain brain function
- Has anti diabetic effect
