Hello steemians! Today, i just wanna share to all of you about my great experience at Yumgyeopsal Restaurant last night.
Since, yesterday was my day off, i went home to Bulacan. My sister asked me to go out with her. I craved for samgyupsal that time so i told her that i want to try the samgyupsal they tried last month.
Yumgyeopsal is located at Plaridel, Bulacan near Toyota. It is in the 2nd Floor building of Total Gasoline Station. Opens from Tues-Sundays 12:00 pm-10:00pm. This restaurant is close every Monday.
Actually, last night was raining cats and dogs but still nothing and no one can stop us from eating samgyupsal. Lol😂
When we arrived, there’s many customers waiting outside. But still my sister @jericago and i still patiently waited for about an hour. (it’s okay for me, the long wait is worth it!)
For me, the restaurant is small that it can’t accommodate customers quickly. If there’s many customers, you really have to wait for your turn. They need to do expansion of the restaurant. But for the overall appearance of the place, it’s 5/5 for me. The restaurant is airconditioned. You’re not sweating while eating. It’s also clean and well-maintained.
One thing i love here is the exhaust tube. It is where the smoke from the pan goes out of the room.
Look at my date @jericago! She’s so happy to be back again in Yumgyeopsal.
They first served all the side dishes. They have the best and delicious side dishes.
My favorite side dish here is their Fish cake. It’s a tofu-like food that has sweet and salty taste. Their other side dishes are dilis, cucumber, kimchi, sunny side up egg and togue. All of their dishes have great sauces that gives more delicious taste.
I also love their Korean Tabletop Center Raised Round Samgyupsal Grill Pan.
It’s cooking time! We ordered unli pork and chicken for only 275 pesos. It has also unli rice, iced tea and side dishes.
Every bit of the pork and chicken is so delicious. It’s marinated that makes the pork and chicken more delicious. And the way you cook also has a factor. The more crispy, the more delicious and tasty the pork is.
My sister really enjoyed cooking here. I just wish that she also looks this way while cooking at home. 😂
She’s my samgyupsal date forever.
What my sister and i did is we wrapped the pork and chicken with fish cake then we soaked it in the delicious sauce. #HEAVEN
