hi guys this is my entry for food photography healthy eating!!!!!
Breakfast for today !!!! Healthy diet is important we need to make sure that we are always healthy.imake sure that my food is balance i eat more fresh veggies every morning just because of my schedule at my work.Im working in a Restaurant being assistant chef for morethan 2years apart of that im working in (Ck) Central kitchen department it means we are making the menus for 2branches of the Restaurant (Zahr El Laymoun)a authentic Lebanese Restaurant and because of that my schedule is 12midnight untill 8am in the morning (time here in Middle East )(UAE) thats why I prefer always Eat healthy Salads and a little portion of meat to maitain my body was ok.Fresh veggies contains minerals and vitamins and brest chicken contains a protein.Vegetables are also easy to digest thats why i sleep very well and its help to maintain my blood pressure balance.Being a cook of a big restaurant is big responsibility we need to take care all the costomers we prepare food with our hearts not only because its my job we put enjoyment and love to satisfy our costumers.A little smile into their face is a big compliment for Us.Its means they happy for our service and foods.
Healthy is wealth.......
