1 slice of black bread, 2 round eggplants, 1/2 cloves of garlic, mayonnaise or sour cream
1 Fry the black bread on one side so that it can be rubbed with garlic.
2 Rubbing with Garlic
3 Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise or sour cream.
4 Eggplants pre-cut, sprinkled with salt and already lay down. Fry the eggplant and put it on sour cream or mayonnaise. Bon Appetit
