I know what you mean - for the first time ever I gave in last night and made myself a Christmas Fruit Cake. The recipe said leave it for 2 days...but all I have left is one slice, so no point in holding on to it. Maybe it is a good excuse for my baking another one soon :)

PS: I never use margarine and I must say the taste thanks to the butter was wonderful...and I loved knowing that what I am eating is healthy. Oh, I tried changing the recipe and instead of sugar I used maple syrup. Was worth it.
