Coco Milktea is a famous milktea in Manila. Since coco milktea is not available in Cebu, I bought this milktea when I went to Manila. The taste was good but if I will rate it from 0-10 then 10 is the highest. Coco milktea for me if 7.5 😊
But at the end, people have different taste buds 😊
