One of the best filipino cuisine is pork barbeque. It is made of pork cuts marinated in a sauce for 8-12 hours or as desired and grilled over low fire. It is one of the delicacies by Filipinos loved by children and everyone. The sweet and spicy version is so loved by everyone. Heres my own barbeque version.
