Bayern Munich and the Goalkeeper discussion

in #football6 years ago

I do not like Bayern Munich

And will never do - I have a lot of respect what Uli Hoeneß did professionally to make that football club a success story but sometimes I really can't hear his shitty opinions. Now the goalie discussion where he feels to step in and defend Manuel Neuer vs. the real top goalkeeper of the country who plays for Barcelona.

One day after his criticism of the DFB, Uli Hoeneß now also criticises Marc-André ter Stegen personally. The boss of Bavaria expects a reaction from the DFB (German Football Association) - Jesus, wha a joke!

Uli Hoeneß put on a friendly smile - as if there had never been his sensational frontal attack on the German Football Association.

But then on Thursday afternoon, 15 hours after his first tirade, which had made the successful opening of the Munich Champions League a marginal note, the president of FC Bayern almost enjoyed it again.

In the goalkeeper's twist between Manuel Neuer and Marc-Andre ter Stegen, he expects "the acting persons to put Mr. ter Stegen in the corner and tell him clearly that it won't work like that. He is damaging a completely irreproachable sportsman like Manuel Neuer, he said. " Ter Steg did lament his role as a DFB reservist.

Hoeneß demands apology from ter Stegen

Hoeneß spoke with caution and calm voice, but the message was clear again this time, even an apology from ter Stegen he demanded. In his opinion, the DFB would not have made a clear enough commitment to Neuer as number one. "If he had made that clear, we wouldn't have had a discussion for days. Obviously, they didn't say that long enough. Otherwise the media would have stopped speculating. There was no word of power," Hoeneß criticized.

THOUGHTS??

Sort:

I think you know Uli Hoeneß.
It always was his tactics and always will be:

Aggressive going(and talking) forward. Even with rude language.

And it seems that people(friends AND enemies) expect it from him.
It keeps the "show-business" running 😀

True and well said but still...... :-)
