Today we went to buy some toys to put under the wish tree at Kmart for the salvation army.

I took both kids and ask my 3years old to pick up some toys. She did and she managed to accept that it was for others, and survive the temptation with all the toys around. This is huge!!!She put the toys under the tree herself. Im is is so glad we did it and so proud of her. It is important to think of others at this time of the year when it is a lot about:" What Santa is going to get me?"
Aujourd'hui, nous sommes allés acheter des jouets à mettre sous l'arbre à souhaits de Kmart pour l'armée du salut. J'ai emmené mes deux enfants et j'ai demandé à ma fille de 3 ans de choisir des jouets. Elle l'a fait et elle a réussi à accepter que c'était pour les autres, et à survivre à la tentation avec tous les jouets autour. C'est énorme. Elle a mis les jouets sous l'arbre elle-même. Je suis tellement contente de l'avoir fait et si fière d'elle. Il est important de penser aux autres à cette période de l'année où on entend beaucoup: "ce que le Père Noël va m'apporter".
