Ce matin , nous nous sommes levé tôt , et nous avons profité que les température remonte un peu 10C avec du soleil et pas de vent , un froid sec , une bonne condition pour ce remettre un peu au sport , cette hivers nous n'avons pas trop fait .
Hier nous avons emprunté le vélo d'un ami car nous devions allé a la ville d'à côté , et que nous ne voulions pas payé 7 euros de bus allé retour .
Il nous as laissé le vélo pour la semaine vue qu'il n'en as pas besoin pour le moment , du coup ce matin nous sommes allé faire une petite balade de 40 KM allé retour .
Nous avons pus redécouvrir des route autours de chez nous , sur lesquels nous n'étions pas passés depuis des lustres , nous avions oubliés à quelle point faire de la route même si c'est en vélo , est vite épuisant , du faite que ce n'es pas un vélo de route mais de tout terrain , il assez lourd , et peu aérodynamique , mais bon au moins c'est de la bonne fatigue , et nous voulions aussi nous remettre au sport avant cette été .
Tout les été nous faisons surtout de la natation , la natation es plus notre sport de prédilection , avec la marche à pied .
C'est surtout que vue nos problème de visse dans les jambes , quand on nage on es plus à l'aise , et avons commencé a nagé à l'âge de 5 ans , et avons adoré l'eau .
Nous allons aussi faire les démarche pour essayé , et disons bien essayé , d'avoir une licence natation , pour ne pas payé la piscine cette été , à ce que nous avons vue nous pouvons aussi avoir une aides financière pour la natation ""médical"" avec le centre d'handicap .

J'aime bien le vélo, c'est mon moyen de déplacement préféré, mais je reste très prudent.
