Tensions are rising
Far from panic, the tension is rising nonetheless.
I realize that in the current situation, looking for a traditional job is doomed to failure.
Not only are my age and health issues a concern, but there are also the "Arizona" (the name of our government) effects being felt.
We hear that very few companies are looking to expand or hire; on the contrary, they are laying off employees in favor of computerization, AI, robots, or even outsourcing.
When they don't, we learn that they go bankrupt.
The only ones who don't lose their standard of living—quite the opposite, in fact—are the shareholders...

Apparently, people are so unhappy that even when it's free, they hesitate to join a support program.
So, I can imagine how difficult it will be to find subscribers for the paid versions.
Afterwards, I can always try to reach out to independent groups to see if sponsorship would be possible; it would cost them money, while still supporting me.
Covering Myself
Even if the Forem will punish me by forcibly removing me from the network in six months, even though I've done nothing to deserve this punishment, and having received no feedback from my advisors, which confirms that I was doing my homework as they wanted, I'll continue to do what's asked of me to cover the time I have left.
I don't know if they still have any leverage over us, since they're supposed to start by giving us a warning, giving us six months to get ourselves together, and then they can cut our monthly replacement income payments, but as you know, in six months, I'll be kicked out anyway... But there's still this fear of not living up to expectations.
Land
No news, not the slightest buyer in sight yet, even though I've contacted real estate agencies like "Maison Compère" to ask them to build there, even though they told me they were potentially interested...
If I don't manage to get rid of this land, I'll apparently have no income at all, not even from the CPAS (social welfare center)...
To summarize...
No news on the job front, no land sales, and not enough fellow citizens in the streets busy yelling at Arizona...
So, yes... Tensions are seriously rising.

La tension monte
Loin d'être en peur panique, la tension monte malgré tout.
Je me rends bien compte que dans la situation actuelle chercher un emploi classique est voué à l'échec.
Non seulement, il y a mon âge et ma santé qui pourrait me poser soucis, mais il y a les effets "Arizona" (nom de notre gouvernement) qui se font sentir.
On entend que très peu de sociétés qui cherchent à s'agrandir, à embaucher, même au contraire, ils virent les employés au profits d'informatisation, d'IA, de robots, ou encore de délocalisation.
Quand ils ne le font pas, on apprend qu'il tombent en faillite.
Les seuls qui ne perdent pas leur niveau de vie, bien au contraire, sont les actionnaires...

Apparemment , les gens sont si mal, que même quand c'est gratuit, ils hésitent à rejoindre un programme de soutien.
Alors, j'imagine à quel point ce sera compliqué de trouver des abonnés sur les versions payantes.
Après, je peux toujours essayer de sonder des groupes d'indépendants pour voir si du mécénat serait possible, cela leur ferait des frais, tout en me soutenant.
Me couvrir
Même si le forem va me punir en me dégageant de force d'ici a 6 mois, alors que je n'ai rien fait que pour mériter ce châtiment, n'ayant pas eu de remarques de la part de mes conseillers, ce qui confirme que je faisais mes devoirs comme ils le désiraient, je continue à faire ce qu'on me demande pour me couvrir le temps qu'il me reste.
Je ne sais pas s'ils ont encore un moyen de pression sur nous, puisqu'ils sont censés commencer par nous mettre un warning en nous laissant 6 mois pour nous secouer, pour ensuite pouvoir nous sucrer des mensualités de revenus de remplacement, mais comme vous le savez, dans 6 mois, je serai de toute façon éjecté... Mais il y a quand même cette peur de ne pas être à la hauteur des attentes.
Terrain
Aucune nouvelle, pas le moindre acquéreur en vue pour l'instant, même en ayant contacté des agences immobilières comme "Maison Compère" pour qu'ils puissent y bâtir, alors qu'ils m'avaient dit être potentiellement intéressés...
Si je ne réussis pas à me débarrasser de ce terrain je n'aurai, apparemment plus aucun revenus du tout, pas même CPAS ...
Si je résume ...
Aucune nouvelles au niveau emploi, pas de vente de terrain, et pas assez de concitoyens dans les rues occupés à gueuler contre l'Arizona...
Donc, oui ... La tension monte sérieusement.

Et cette tension créé comme un blocage mental, je cherche à réduire les dépenses, notamment dans l'alimentaire, mais ce n'est pas évident. On ne sort déjà que si nécessaire, alors les quelques petits plaisirs qu'on s'octroie, si on les supprime, ce n'est plus vivable.

La solution sera l'entraide et le travail au noir, principalement, surtout dans notre région. Les autres employeurs font faillite et sont trop loin. Je dirais bien un petit boulot dans l'Horeca, mais avec l'augmentation de la précarité, les gens n'auront plus l'argent pour le resto ou le café .. l'hécatombe va continuer.
