RESPECT token as an iteration of what is stated in White Paper

My critical review

With this vote John is showing that the fractally team negatively values contributions to work as stated in the whitepaper

John, and by extension the fractally team and @dan larimer, have shown they value work on the whitepaper less than the contribution of someone showing up to a meeting without a Hive account and asking to be ranked last as they didn't have a contribution.

This is on-chain proof that the Fractally team is not building what's in the whitepaper, nor cares to do so
