This is a consensus process that EdenFractal community informally agreed to start following, since last week. Previously it was just a google doc so I decided to post it here, for more immutability.
While I was the one who wrote it down, this is really a product of more than a month of weekly discussions among fractal members. This wouldn't have been possible if not for mindful feedback on previous proposals, which in my opinion were not nearly as good as this one.

Eden+Fractal consensus process proposal
- Make break-out room sessions longer by 15 minutes
- Each break-out room after determining rankings for weekly contributions tries to reach consensus on a delegate to elect (it can be different from the top contributor);
- Delegates from each break-out room together constitute a council for that week;
- Each council serves for 4 weeks (this means that at any point in time fractal has 4 councils);
- Councils from different weeks may have the same people in them;
- Council is said to "approve a proposal" when at least 2/3rds of its members vote to approve it, during the hour after the break-out room session;
- Proposal is passed once at least 3 out 4 active councils approve it, during the hour after break-out room session;
