No, he did not have any device. Someone from our society saw him fidgeting with the wifi cable. Not sure what exactly he did, but it barely took seconds for him to fix it again.

Oh i understand now. It's like he creates the problem and then pretend to fix that. Scary , that's good that your caught it early.
