You are above the law.
It's not an accident we are taught to mock and avoid jury duty in our country. Every time you turn around someone on TV is saying what a drag jury duty is, or how they will get out of jury duty. We have been trained to disrespect this very important part of our constitution.
The most powerful vote you have is when you are acting as a jury member during a courtroom trial. In this setting each juror has more power than the President, all of Congress, and every judge combined. Congress can make laws, the President can issue regulations, and judges can instruct and make decisions but NO JUROR can ever be punished for voting "Not Guilty". Any juror can, with impunity, choose to disregard the instructions of any judge or attorney in rendering their vote.
If only one juror should vote not guilty for any reason, there is no conviction and no punishment at the end of the trial. In this way, those acting in the name of the government must come before US to get permission to enforce any law.

I am for a completely voluntary society and believe we are moving forward towards a better future. More people every day are realizing that they too are not in need of government in their life.
I believe jury nullification is a strong starting point to begin dismantling the web of unjust and corrupt laws. If we simply refuse to convict each other it's over. We the people need to be on these juries.
Thank you for reading this and please share this information with everyone you know.
Sweet post. You’ve got a not guilty vote if I’m ever your juror!
Thanks for reading it,and the upvote. I really hope people will talk to others about this, let them know what they can do if they choose to.
Oh, and you've got my not guilty as well. 👩⚖️
I won't get pissed about jury duty again. Last week I was on jury duty. I ended up being an alternate and didn't get to deliberate. It also wasn't a victimless crime(although in the end, I don't think there was a crime at all).
What pissed me off several weeks ago though was that Obama was called for jury duty and the judge said something about how if a President can make it to jury duty anyone can. Well, many of us have jobs and two weeks away from my job cost me quite a bit of money. It's going to be several weeks before I'm above water again. Let me earn several million dollars while I'm supposed to be earning 450k a year and I and most people wouldn't have an issue.

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 491.
"An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; it affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed." Norton vs. Shelby County.
If we made jury duty voluntary and offered monetary compensation for serving we would probably get a better stock of jurors, people who know their rights as jurors. This would also eliminate the stigma surrounding this civic duty.
I agree. People who want to be on a jury these days are mostly fans of "Law and Order" or some other courtroom drama show.
I think just knowing that they could "stick it to the man" and strike a blow for justice would get a lot of people interested. That's why the information in this post has been repressed by those "in power".
We the people have the power to decide daily what is and IS NOT a crime through the power of the jury trail. That is exactly the intention.
We must take this power and wield it.
Problem overall is that the courts and police are criminals in total and you can't rely on the lower judges at all. I served on more than one jury for very serious offenses and now learn I can't be there. I am Stateless.
