My Opinion is we need a leader because a bunch of human nature and differences in behavior so that it can not maintainly himself to socialize and meet his needs in the world with its own, therefore it takes a leader and people led by.
A President just a term for people in power, and the remaining two things: "one can lead a lot of people but could not arrange a (life) a lot of people's"
