RE: Why POWER Does NOT Corrupt And Why Those Who Enslave Us Would Like You To Think It Does!

in #freedom7 years ago

"Simply by holding a false belief about our own power, we weaken our own ability to use our own power - since our mind directly channels our power and if our mind says we don't have much power - then we won't use much of our own real power!"

This is really the crux of things. Mentally granting power to an entity outside the self that you do not also grant to yourself is unbalanced. The full ramifications of that are impossible to gauge unless we step outside this paradigm, because we're truly blind to how powerful we actually are as beings.

We complicate the issue further by granting illusory powers to this entity we call the state, because the monopoly on violence is not a true right, as you can not grant rights to an individual or group of people that is not inherently the right of any individual.

You're a fantastic thinker my friend, keep up your Great Work!

Thanks for your comments - yes, we must learn to be responsible for our own use of power and to use it wisely, the other options are counter productive, as we have so often seen!

Thanks for your kind words and your continued great work too! :)
