I wanted the witnesses to be free chosen, it seems to be so now.
I wanted stinc to stop taking so much money out of here, they took more, though that was down to witnesses and discussions beyond my control.
Maybe they will take less now, they have offered the olive branch all the same.
I wanted @ned to step aside, he has.

I am of that generation people call middle aged, we, well most of us anyway, grew up with commodore c64's, zx Spectrums and the like, and to make free games, we had to learn to code, from a young age.
Then my brother bought a computer software designing company in the 90's and sold me the complete software library, I had over 10,000 different versions of c++ and Microsoft 95 etc and it made me sit and use them, whilst selling them on the internet, pre eBay, I had cheques (remember them?) landing from all over the world. It was slow and time consuming, though gave me time to learn. :-)
That's crazy man. You are a very lucky guy. I couldn't even find a programming book till I was almost in university.
I'm guessing you learnt Solidity too? Will your blockchain be custom or ERC20?
Steem Engine looks like a really exciting project and I'll be keeping a close eye on it.

I did not like the way this place was heading, and as a stake holder, my concerns were legit, I am happy though to be able to offer my alternative, with gatekeepers, that will keep the predators away.
Note the math, 33333333 13 and 291, I used their numbers, against "them"

I have nothing left to buy, I have nothing left I need or want, the only thing I have left to do, is make sure that goes for everyone else, to make sure everyone thrives, at least then, we may start consuming less, as everyone becomes equal, and with choice comes less competition, with choice, comes less needs, less wants, less homeless and more giving. The system is not set up to make the masses thrive , my mindset made it almost impossible to me to stay afloat . Life , steemit what ever . I know how to work , not how to make money or how a blockchain can be used in my advance . To me value is in the people , not the stuff they carry . I always refused to lie and cheat for more profit . I know honesty gets one nowhere in today's world , may i present Steemit as proof for that . Make this world great ! History learns already lot's of people died trying . My praise and respect for taking that road , i wish you the best .

I saw that Witness/Bot Owner's explanation to you, that "It's an auction" as a reason for him 'stealing' your funds...Hmmmnnnnn...One does not 'lose/forfeit' money at an auction simply by 'bidding'...(Not in the 'real' world) Only here on Steemit?
Be extra careful with your funds, and 'new' dealings with an un-named Witness/Bot Owner who has a history of having done the same (Even to Newbies) He used to post a message on his Bot-Site that "If you don't understand the way this works, and send too much Steem, I will consider it a 'donation" (paraphrasing) Don't know if he ever changed that behavior or not.
Even had the real wolfs service smartmarket thieve 13 steem of me last night, and I was only trying to right a wrong, and put someone back in positive monies after a toxic bernie had plunged his post into the red.
Oh...'Uncle' Bernie...? There's nothing the top dogs here will ever do to tone his antics down...They're all too afraid; he's got them under his thumb, while getting under every bodies skin...That's his favorite 'game'.

I've been off line - apparently lightning hit the telephone exchange, leaving many thousands (homes and businesses) without a phone. It took me eleven days to get back on line. The modem, with 4 ports, only one working now and it was being used for wi-fi, so I solved the problem by using an extender, giving me and extra 3 ports... so I'm alive again.

I just asked him for info on designing a wallet for off the steem engine site. Not sure he will like that idea, though I do not know what he has made to make the coins, so have no idea what wallet to build to move my tokens off it. Not sure that was their idea in the first place.
