Persuasion (Peaceful) vs. Coercion (Bullying) - Being an Agorapreneur

in #freedom3 years ago

Everything that's done in the world is done either through persuasion which is peaceful and often polite. Or it's done through coercion which is through bullying and often initiating force.

Entrepreneurs learned early on that it is imperative to be persuasive and use client serving helpful selling skills in order to get ahead.

In this video I share with you how society and civilizations have developed and how the entrepreneurial spirit helps people to get ahead and do better.

This is all part of being an Agorapreneur. The concept of an Agorapreneur is one that I came up with on my own. I borrow from two principles that are very important.

Agora is a way of living where you interact with people voluntarily. You do not initiate force of coercion in an agora lifestyle. Voluntary is the key operative here.

That is in contrast to a coercive approach which uses force to make people do what someone else wants.

Peaceful living and voluntarily interacting with others is where entrepreneurs succeed the most.

Watch this video and enjoy a way of living they probably will seem normal to you. Voluntary interaction is how most human beings operate. Fine-tune and develop your entrepreneurial skills learning about this important trait.

With the right influence, there is no doubt that coercion will get you what you want, coercion is just another act of manipulation and violence, you do things out of obligation. On the other hand, if persuasion is applied, it requires more intelligence and strategy, I think that is why it is such an underutilized skill.

Thank you for your comment cryptoxicate. Yes, coercion is another act of manipulation and violence which any smart Entrepreneur or, as I like to say, Agorapreneur, would resolutely resist and abhor. Peaceful interaction is the way to go. Very nice to hear from you!
