We have to know the difference between superficially speaking our truth, and speaking and acting the deep truth of our core beings.

The truth has the tint of the mind that colors it, the best thing is not to make paintings of worlds that can affect ourselves or others: "To exist or to act" the truth is different from "to tell" the truth... And, definitely, there is no "one" truth", each head contains a world and acts for it. That is why we should not judge. We must be as honest as possible, but we must not cause harm.
