I tried to upvote but realized it was past 7 days - I liked this post and the Biblical quote which is very similar to what I was thinking lately - I've been taking Vitamins D3 and C to boost my immune system to fend off the corona virus, but it seems the Lord was telling me that a merry heart does even better as a medicine - Then, I read your post. Yep, I'm hard-headed at times and need reminders - I guess he used your post to re-emphasize what he already told me. It also helps to take care to how you listen I suppose, lol
