Sarah had been out of town for days now, returning back home from an unsuccessful trip.
Sarah lays on the bed to comprehend her bout with John which had John all messed up. Sarah is not a girl to be fooled with, she's worked so hard to get what she deserves now.
John and Sarah had been dating for the past couple of months so on the business trip, she decides visiting John who's was out of town for work purpose also.
Sarah is a psychiatrist who got a call up again from a wealthy man who son has had OCD - Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
She looks around the room to find her car keys but couldn't then remembered the four corner basket that John had sent, behold the key was in there.

She drives out of town for her appointment but drops first at Johns hotel where he lodged to get a feel of him.
On opening the doors, John was sniffing snow (cocaine), this got Sarah so infuriated that she almost hit John's head with the golden jar on the table.
Sarah met John as she was his psychiatrist well he was trying to get off taking cocaine when it almost took his life, so he's actually been lying that he had gotten over it.
She rushed out of the hotel to get to her appointment.
I wonder if she was angry because he relapsed or angry at herself for not catching on for months because of her emotions....

She was angry because he didn't mention anything to her and of course for not noticing a change, I guess he was good at covering up.
