There will always be those days where darkness starts to fill everything that keeps you from seeing things vividly. Sometimes, the darkness becomes constant that you'll find comfort in the dimmed hallows. Sometimes, this comfort will swallow you whole until you are engulfed in the realms of nothingness; not even a single light of hope can pass through. Sometimes, the darkness will find you in a fetal position, constricting you that you may find it difficult to breathe; paralyzing every surge of blood that pumps through your veins in every heart beat; slowly killing the fire that has been burning in you.
And no one will be there to save you.
So you will need to save yourself.
You will need to create your own light. You will need to guide yourself out from the tunnel of nothingness and head towards the rainbow where the pot of gold is. You will need to start helping yourself out; get out of that labyrinth. Because in the end, the length of your shadow will always depend on how much light you will put in yourself.
