The challenge being issued is for you to come up with an additional prompt (AKA the "potato") with the option of creating a story incorporating all of the prompts so far (AKA the "mash").

Adding a prompt is mandatory; adding a story is optional. When you receive a plate of mashed potatoes you must add a "potato" prompt of your own. You also have the option of contributing a "mash" story in the form of a post, linked in the message as you send it on. The mash - should one choose it - option must incorporate ALL prompts in the list. Then send it on to another member.

Since my story was the first one, this was pretty easy.
As the prompt list grows, so does the level of challenge for those who choose the "Mash" option.

Upvote rewards are determined on basis of involvement in both potato and mash. The bigger the # of prompts for the "Mash" story, the bigger the vote.
