Rib eye steak, one of the most expensive item on a western food menu, as ot is a specific portion to handle and prepare.

Human has 12 rib bones that protects the heart abd lung, 2 very vital organ for survival and it also enables us to breathe. Thus these 3 letters may be short but they are very important.
