Good morning all, doing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - Solid Ground. Hope you enjoy the story.
I believe most of us if not all, would find ourselves in at least one situation where we had to explain ourselves over certain decision we took in an event or in life.
What would be our reaction be? I suppose it would be based on the grounds we took these decisions, if our decision is backed by solid ground, with accurate data, logical reasoning and if it proves that the decision is the best candidate among all that we have on hand then we should stand strong on our solid ground.
I recalled vividly as if it happens just yesterday that as a student, one of my teachers used to tell me this golden rule regarding decision. She always tell me to remember "Why" I made a particular decision as if I am able to answer other's Why when my decision is being bring into question or face challenges then being able to answer why then I am on a good solid ground. Then I can stand strong and stand tall, but that pre-requisite to that is it is a fair and just decision with no hidden agenda.
Thankfully I am able to share it here today.
