En la primaria solo recuerdo haber llegado tarde a una clase y creo que fue en tercer año por problemas de salud, había amanecido enfermo y fui al doctor para que me viera y me recetara algo, pero estaba en clase y debía nada más salir regresar a clases, mi mamá compró las medicinas y me tomé dos de ellas, la otra era para la tarde porque no había desayunado por si me mandaban a realizar exámenes de sangre.
Luego de ese examen por fin pude comer, y luego a ingerir las pastillas que fueron haciendo efecto temprano. Al llegar al colegio mi madre tuvo que acompañarme porque no me dejaron entrar, la acompañé a coordinación y nos hicieron un pase y ella justificó mi llegada tarde, con ese pase pude entrar a clase, pero por supuesto, antes de entrar toqué la puerta antes de entrar y la profesora se acercó, y le pregunté, ¿puedo entrar? Y ella me dijo, si tienes en pase sí, sino anda a buscarlo, se lo entregué lo revisó y me dejó pasar.
En la universidad me pasó algo similar al menos una vez por semestre, pero aquí no existe el pase del colegio, aquí el que llega tarde, llega tarde y se pierde las clases, dependiendo del profesor, algunos si dejan entrar al estudiante, otros no, algunos dan tiempo de cinco a quince minutos después de llagada del profesor para entrar, del resto el estudiante queda afuera. Y otros que simplemente dicen que al llegar el profesor nadie entra.
Esto ultimo me sucedió con la profe de inglés, ella tenía una regla bastante justa, si ella llegaba después de las 9:30 siendo la clase a las 9:00 de la mañana debíamos retirarnos ya que ella no llegaría, y si ella llegaba antes de la hora y un estudiante después se quedaría afuera, pero no en el pasillo escuchando, afuera hasta del pasillo, no lo quería ni ver, porque un estudiante afuera era un regaño para ella. En las materias finales, una profesora tenía otro método, todos podían entrar indiferentemente de la hora en la que llegara. Incluso a veces nos reuníamos varios para preguntar si podemos entrar en caso de que funcionara y la profe nos dejara.
Eso daba pies a que los que siempre llegaban tarde entraran, pero ella llegaba, daba cinco minutos y pasaba asistencia, el que llegó antes de pasar asistencia no pasaba nada, pero si llegaba después de pasar la lista quedaba con una inasistencia, que al acumular cinco o seis perdía la materia. En los exámenes era diferente, el que llegara después que ella simplemente perdía la evaluación. Y la mayoría de los profesores, dejaban entrar después de la hora, pero siempre y cuando el estudiante no interrumpiera con su llegada.

In the final subjects, a teacher had another method, everyone could enter regardless of the time she arrived. Sometimes we would even get together to ask if we can we go inside? in case it worked and the teacher let us in.
This meant that those who were always late could enter, but she would arrive, give five minutes and pass attendance, those who arrived before passing attendance did not pass anything, but if they arrived after passing the list, they would be left with an absence, and if they accumulated five or six, they would lose the subject. In the exams it was different, whoever arrived after her simply lost the evaluation. And most of the professors would let her come in after the hour, but only if the student did not interrupt her arrival.
