¡Hola Octubre! ¡Hola a todos!
Me encanta los paisajes amarillos, naranjas y ocres, me gusta las mañanas con brisa fresca que nos regalan los días otoñales de octubre.
Aquí te comparto una imagen para ilustrar un poco del otoño que se vive por aquí:
Como te levantas, tus sentimientos y pensamientos al despertar son vitales y determinantes para tener o no un buen día, por lo que te quiero compartir unas pequeñas y breves tácticas que hacen mejore mi jornada.
Siempre al despertar me gusta hacer lo siguiente:
👉Agradecer a Dios por el solo hecho de abrir los ojos.
👉Agradecer a la vida el poder sonreír, porque la dicha se encuentra y lleva adentro por ende es un tesoro difícil de mantener.
👉Agradecer las lágrimas y problemas que me han hecho mas fuerte.
👉Agradecer los todos los motivos que tengo este día para seguir adelante.
👉Creer que todo tiempo malo es pasajero y es solo un examen para probar mi valor, porque todo siempre pasa.
A mi me funciona y alivia mucho estas pequeñas estrategias, espero que pueda ayudarte a ti tambien.
Recuerda aunque el mundo hoy este de cabeza y pareciera más que nunca que no... si, todo depende de ti...
