And the sad thing is that, nowadays, some bosses behave even worse. I heard on the news about a boss who made completely inappropriate advances toward one of his employees; she reported him, and now she’s being threatened.....just imagine, she’s being threatened for reporting her boss.

These are shocking cases, yet they happen all too often; however, many women are now coming forward to report these incidents. In fact, one of the Caracol TV presenters was literally fired , and to think he was so well-liked and respected by many; appearances can be deceiving.
