In fact,many cultures believed that eating an apple is so vital in the body that they declared it as a miracle food. Many researcher’s backup this idea and suggested people should eat an apple at least once a day. Apple is considered as the healthiest food on the planet because it helps improves neurological health, prevent dementia, and help detoxifies human’s bloodstream.
