Amy, Amy....these are phenomenal. If we weren't traveling right now in our van I would be all over this recipe. You are so creative, I bet your hubby loves these, I know mine would. I cannot imagine what it would be like to harvest my own bunch of bananas, this really take it to a whole new level. lol Looking forward to more banana recipes!!! Be well!

Hehe. Thanks my dear Bird :) He sure loved it. Wish I made some more hehe. As for the bananas I think they would do well in your climate too. Easy to grow, easy to harvest. Go for it I would say ;) Happy and safe travels xxx
