I'm pretty sure the reactor was more sophisticated than most that have melted down in the past. It was serious to be sure, but not as bad most. It's hard to say precisely how dangerous it is, but I can definitely understand the residents being upset and worried about their communities. Rainier Avenue Radio is a community radio station.
