If your using Randowhale, this time I think is not the best time to use. As the steem value go down so do as the potential rewards. Giving 2sbd to Randowhale will become a donation. Aside from Randowhale Voting Power Drained and getting need of recharge, it also affected by the less 30% rewards pool.
