Ever been in a situation where your examiners know that even if you try to cheat, there's no way? I thought Dr Gilbert (one of my physics lecturers in 100 level) was crazy when he'd give us open test, even allow us to get textbooks from the library😂🤣

That's how last year, I applied for internship somewhere and they informed me a day to my "interview" to prepare for questions in molecular biology and biotechnology.
"Small thing" I thought to myself, sebi it's interview? We will do it. Men and brethren, I got to the lab ooo and was happy that mehn, this place is nice, see as equipment full ground, yen yen yen.
Fast forward, interview time (after they've taken me round the lab). I sat posed and ready to answer questions. I was shocked mehn
"Hello Motunrayo, we are glad you came in today. You will write a short test."
she pushed the papers to me
I fainted😩
English and aptitude test: 3 hours
Biotechnology and molecular biology: 3 hours 30 minutes
"We'll be inside the bla bla lab when you are done, no need to drop your devices"
They left and I looked up to heaven.After 3 hours of hard labour, I dropped the papers and waka. Izz nuh me you people wee kee. Me that dinnoh eat before I came.
Two months later they called me to coman resume but I couldn't can. 😂🤣
Long and short, fear open tests!
